  • Gamify your own wellness plan! Learn the rules to The Game of Wellness, pick up some nutritional education, ideas on how to get and stay active, and find out what self-care really means to you. In this workshop you will find out how to gain Energy, Experience, and Magic Points IRL in the next 7 days!We conclude our time together with a wellness Q&A where you might have the answers someone else is looking for!

  • Do you know a group of gamers, writers, cosplayers, artists, or simply folks who spends a lot of time sitting at a desk? This workshop is designed to help you with those aches and pains that we develop from being hunched over the latest project or finishing a campaign for fun. Discover the secrets to conquering seated life and beyond with mobility stretches and strength movements. Plus, unlock the key to sustained energy with bonus nutritional tips. Get ready to level up your wellness game. This is a seated movement workshop tailored with various body types in mind and is for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting down.

  • Increase your convention constitution with a bunch of geeks through some gentle stretching during our con day. Stretching has been proven to provide a mood boost, prevent injury, improve your posture and more! Come find out what your convention experience can feel like when you add stretching before, during, and after your convention adventures!

    There are always so many "jokes" about how much conventions can take out of us physically that I believe con-goers would really appreciate a moment to recognize and address that feeling, emotionally and physically!

  • During this workshop we'll train like the Avengers and some of our other favorite super heroes--or villains--by learning how to breakdown squats, push-ups and crunches. We'll review technique, proper form and discuss modifications to fit various fitness levels/abilities. Switching gears midway, we'll open up the floor for a Q&A focusing on how to maintain motivation, especially when flying solo and not in a group setting. We'll finish up by sharing our boosts, the tips and tricks we utilize in order to get out, move, and level-up in or out of cosplay!
