[Re]Introducing… the Single Player Power Program – a three-month self-paced health coaching program, based on my popular Multi-Player Program, which helps geeky people evolve and level up their habits.

Training like a superhero or leveling up like a video game character, Players can improve their strength, stamina, and even flexibility in a way that feels engaging and rewarding in the form of real life XP.

Learn how to keep your HP meter filled in a way that supports your overall well-being, giving you the energy to take the game of life.

Mindfulness and supportive habits build stress resistance and boost motivation. While not a replacement for professional mental health care, the SPPP tools help reinforce personal mental wellness practices, keeping the MP bar full for all of life’s quests!

With this program, you'll have an organized plan with a map to up-level your XP, HP, and MP, taking you from the shire to a lifelong fellowship.

And yes, it's Single Player, but you won't go out there alone!

This Power Program is a co-op with a thriving Discord community and biweekly live calls with Robyn and other program Players.

Robyn leads you through each movement, including modifications for diverse bodies and abilities!

We use the Discord server for accountability, encouragement, and celebrating your wins!

In the biweekly video calls, Robyn joins the cohort to answer any questions, help guide goal setting, demonstrate movements, and whatever other support you might need as you Depart, Initiate, and Return throughout your wellness adventure.


What exactly do you get with the Single Player Power Program?

Here’s a taste:

12 workout sessions (XP) with videos to follow along with, including modifications for just about every movement.

Each week, you’ll have a new video that includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down, led by coach Robyn Warren. Robyn demonstrates each movement as well as modifications. All you need is a space to move, then press play and follow along! 

Movement sessions are around 20-30 minutes long.

12 health coaching video sessions, covering nutrition (HP), mental health (MP), and more.

Along with the movement session each week, you’ll also have a recorded chat session from Robyn. Each week builds on the previous as she guides you through setting your own goals, improving your relationship with food and mindfulness.

A secure client portal with all the workouts & program materials easily accessible and organized.

You’ll have a username and password to log in to a secure website. Once logged in, you’ll see a page for each “chapter” of the program, containing the videos, action items, and worksheets for the week.

Worksheets and other resources.

Most “chapters” of the program include worksheets to help you along your adventure. Worksheets include training calendars, meal plans, goal setting, questionnaires, checkpoints, etc. 

We also include links to source material so you can read further research on certain topics.

Biweekly live co-op sessions with Robyn and other Players.

Every other week, Robyn will host a video/voice call in the Discord server. Think of it like office hours, where you can ask questions and get live help from your coach.

A private Discord server for support, accountability, and lasting friendships.

You’ll gain access to the private Geek Girl Strong Discord server, with special Single Player Program channels. There, we’ll discuss what you’ve learned each week, talk through hurdles you may be facing, and have fun connecting with other Players.

Lifetime access to the program so you get all future upgrades.

Your login access will remain active for as long as this program exists with Geek Girl Strong. So, if you can’t complete it right away, you can come back when you’re ready. You can also work through the program multiple times, whenever you want!

Common questions about the Single Player Power Program:

  • The Single Player Power Program includes 12 workout videos; 13 health coaching videos; 15+ worksheets to set goals, track your progress, and more; access to our private Discord server; and access to biweekly “office hours” video calls led by Robyn. 

  • You will access it through GeekGirlStrong.com. After you make your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your login instructions. You’ll have a username and password to log in and all the videos, worksheets, and resources will be available immediately.

  • You will have lifetime access to the program, meaning as long as Geek Girl Strong keeps the Single Player Power Program alive, you’ll have access.

  • Single Player Power Program is $198, with a monthly payment plan option.

  • Absolutely not. The nutrition/food content in this program is focused on widely proven lifestyle habit practices, which can be tailored to different needs, plus important health class information you may have missed in school.

  • Yes! Robyn demonstrates each movement with multiple modification options depending on your needs.

  • Yes! Every movement has accompanying modifications (ways to perform a movement that works for your body/needs), plus the workouts themselves can be altered to fit the needs of most (I’d like to think all) players!

  • You can ask Robyn questions in the biweekly office hours calls, as well as in the Discord server anytime.

  • We recommend you set aside about 90 minutes per week to complete your workout and other “homework.”

  • The workouts are mostly equipment-free, but a yoga mat is helpful, and we have one workout that uses soup cans as weights. You’ll also need a notebook or journal.

  • There’s no way we can know this. I would love to give you an answer, but it depends on a lot of factors that we will get into during our adventure together.

    It may be helpful to know that there has never been a Multi-Player Power Program player to have graduated without reporting results at the end of our 12-week program.

  • Yes! We have a private Discord server, where you can chat with other Players and Robyn. 

  • Because this is a digital product and you have access to all 12 weeks of content as soon as you purchase, we are unable to offer refunds.
