This 22 minute dexterity routine focusing on agility, reflexes, and quickness includes a warm up and cool down that can be done anywhere!

Each exercise is only done 20 times (sometimes 40 to get each side of the body). You can repeat and/or pause the video whenever you wish to repeat workouts or take more time to work on ones you wish to focus on!
